Most of us are use to the regular summer increase in fuel prices signaled by Memorial Day weekend, but this year after a few months of lower gasoline prices the 40% jump from the early spring lows has come as a reminder that what came down can go back up. For diesel drivers that has been less of an issues since retail prices never really dropped much under $2.00/gallon, yet are not seeing the same summer increase as in gasoline.
