I recently have turned 100k and decided it was time to reevaluate suspension, I currently have done nothing on the suspension and I think the many miles are catching up the TDI.
After spending much time on the TDIClub forums I decided I was going to get the KONI Reds and thankfully our own Bruce Bowling was willing to help out with his knowledge and heated garage.

As suggested by Bruce this is the list of parts I am replacing along with the KONIs
These are going to be on the car a LONG time. You need 2 of each item. This covers both front and back suspension. Not cheap, but you only want to do your suspension work once.
